Terms and Conditions for mobile phones

If you place an order for a phone that you have indicated as "working" and we find it to be faulty, we will simply email you with a revised price for your phone . You will then have 7 days to accept or decline our offer in writing to . You will be responsible for sending a prepay envelope for the return of your phone.

Posting your phone(s)

Your welcome pack will include instructions on how to ensure that your phone arrives with us safely. Be sure to read these instructions because we can only pay you for what we receive. The tips include those for packaging and insuring your post against loss. Your carrier will be The Royalmail and we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to your phone(s).

Terms and Conditions of your order

It is imperative that you must be the legal owner of the phone(s) that you send to us and declare that no interests in the phone(s) are held by third parties. Please ensure that it is within your rights to send us the phone(s).


It is within your rights to cancel your order with us up to the time when you send us the phone without notifying us. Once we have received your phone and processed your order you will not be able to cancel. All queries for your order should be made in writing to as soon as possible.

We may cancel you order upon receipt to us the phone(s) do not conform to the description you have applied to them, and or, they are outside of our descriptions of ‘Working’ or ‘Non-working’ as listed to you upon placing the order.

We will cancel the order and notify you if your phone(s) are found to be lost or stolen when checked against the international database. You will be given 28 days to rectify any potential errors with the authorities at your own discretion, however, it is not the responsibility of Go Pumpkin Ltd to assist you with this matter. If you are successful in removing your phone(s) from the database as lost or stolen we will then be able to reprocess your order and make payment according to the applicable rate(s).
